Waxman-Markey Bill Is Anti Jobs, Anti Energy and Anti Growth, Charges Industry Head

Jay Timmons, the Executive Vice President of the National Association of Manufacturers (NAM), says that according to a study done by NAM and the American Council for Capital Formation, the American Clean Energy and Security Act of 2009, also known as the Waxman-Markey bill, will cause more Americans to lose jobs, force energy prices to go up, and lower national GDP.
