FBI Misused Authority In Patriot Act, Says Justice Department IG

Justice Department Inspector General Glenn Fine says the FBI failed to use National Security Letters in accordance to the law. He adds that the FBI has “devoted significant effort” to correct its misuse of authority. (0:31)
