We Can’t Go Back To Pre-9/11 Security System, Says Senator

Senator Susan Collins (R-Maine) says that she is a firm supporter of the PASS ID act, which is intended to replace the REAL ID Act of 2005. Like the REAL ID Act, PASS ID would shift the authority of the states over identification to the federal level. However, Collins has some concerns because she does not want to see the country’s security revert back to the way it was before the attacks on 9/11. (0:32)
