Sebelius Announces Increase In Community Health Centers Within 2011 Budget

Department of Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius says during a news conference on Monday that her department will provide more funding for the expansion of community health centers, which, according to her, will provide primary care for 20 million more people per year. (0:19)
