Obama Administration Ignored Constitutionality Of Insurance Mandates, Says Virginia State Delegate

Virginia Del. Bob Marshall (R-Prince William) tells Talk Radio News Service that the Obama administration never checked to make sure whether or not forcing people to purchase health insurance is legal. Marshall is one of 80 members of the state’s General Assembly who voted to pass a bill that would prohibit the Federal Government from punishing individuals for failing to purchase health insurance.
