Virginia Ban On Health Insurance Mandate Could Be Appealed, Says State Delegate

Virginia Del. Bob Marshall (R-Prince William) tells Talk Radio News Service that a newly passed bill, which would prohibit the Federal Government from punishing individuals who refuse to purchase health insurance, could be appealed later, but it would have to go through many layers of courts. (:21)
