Democrat Bayh: No Tax Increases Right Now

During a news conference on Tuesday to introduce a new bill that would freeze federal non-discretionary spending, Sen. Evan Bayh (D-Ind.) responds to the question of whether or not he will support tax increases to raise badly needed revenues by saying, “not at this time.” (:05)
