Small Business Leader: Roberts Legislated From The Bench

Karen Harned, the Executive Director of the National Federation of Independent Businesses(NFIB)’s Small Business Legal Center, told the Heritage Foundation Friday that Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts rewrote the law by deeming the individual mandate valid as a tax.
