Biden: Romney Would Add More Scalias And Roberts To Court

During his remarks at the National Council of La Raza Annual Conference Tuesday, Vice President Joe Biden said that if Republican presidental candidate Mitt Romney is elected President, the U.S. could see a Supreme Court with more justices like Antonin Scalia and John Roberts. Both conservative Justices recently ruled in favor of the controversial “show your papers” provision in Arizona’s immigration law.
