Carney: There’s Consensus On Tax Cuts

On Wednesday, White House Press Secretary Jay Carney said that ultimately both Republicans and Democrats believe that tax cuts should stay in place for 98% of Americans.

President Barack Obama announced this week that Congress should extend the tax breaks for those making under $250,000. Republicans have called for an across-the-board extension for all Americans.
