At a Capitol Hill press conference Tuesday, Sen. Joe Lieberman (ID-Conn.) acknowledged that the revised Cybersecurity Act of 2012 is a direct result of bipartisan compromise and it does not address every issue that the Senate Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs wanted it to address.
