Paul Ryan: Obama Represents A Record Of Failure

Republican Presidential candidate Mitt Romney announced during an appearance at the USS Wisconsin in Norfolk Virginia Saturday that Rep. Paul Ryan (R-Wisc.) will serve as his running mate.

In his remarks, Ryan charged that despite achieving key items on his agenda, Obama represents a record of failure.
