Ryan Says Obama Incapable Of Making Tough Decisions

Republican Presidential candidate Mitt Romney announced during an appearance at the USS Wisconsin in Norfolk Virginia Saturday that Rep. Paul Ryan (R-Wisc.) will serve as his running mate.

During his remarks, Ryan stated that Obama and his allies in Washington are incapable of making tough decisions, a reference to Ryan’s fiscal plan that called for unpopular entitlement spending.
