WH Laughs Off GOP Angst Over Biden’s “Chains” Remark

White House Press Secretary Jay Carney laughs off GOP anger over Vice President Joe Biden’s remark that Mitt Romney’s economic polices would put middle-class Americans “back in chains.” Carney says Biden was speaking metaphorically about the dangers of repealing Obama’s Wall Street reforms. (2:00)
