Real estate mogul Donald Trump claimed Monday morning that his endorsement of Mitt Romney led to the former Massachusetts Governor’s blowout win in Nevada.
“There was a lot riding on that particular race,” Trump said during a telephone appearance on Fox and Friends. “The numbers were much, much greater than you thought … a lot of people are giving me credit for that and I will accept that credit.”
Trump, who last year flirted with a Presidential run of his own, endorsed Romney last Thursday.
