Danville, Ky. — A CNN/ORC poll released immediately following Thursday night’s debate showed GOP vice presidential nominee Rep. Paul Ryan (R-Wis.) besting his opponent, current Vice President Joe Biden.
By a 48-44 margin, voters that watched the 90-minute debate said they thought Ryan emerged victorious.

A separate survey conducted by the Associated Press showed Ryan winning 51-43.
However, a CBS News poll showed Biden beating Ryan 50-31.
