House Dems Introduce Credit Report Legislation

Rep. Steve Cohen (D-Tenn.) introduces a bill to prohibit employers from using credit reports when making hiring decisions. He says that credit reports do not serve as a good indicator of job performance, and that this bill will protect those faced with economic troubles.
